Make time for self-care
Looking after yourself doesn't really have to take up much of your time. Sometimes a quick stretch or shaking your hips to a great song is all it takes to make your day. If, however, you can spare more than five or fifteen minutes - even better! Get inspired by our ideas below and be kind to yourself.
5 Minutes
- Buy yourself flowers
- Smile!
- Put on your favourite song and dance
- Write down 10 things you are grateful for
- 5 Minutes of focused breathing
- Send a message to a loved one
- Step outside in the fresh air
- Give yourself a foot massage
- Drink a glass of water

- Write down some positive affirmations
- Take a bubble bath
