Anupreet joined the National Federation of Women’s Institutes (NFWI) after a successful career in the commercial sector, bringing valuable expertise to support the organisation’s mission and evolving priorities. His leadership is grounded in a commitment to team development, which has shaped his approach throughout his career.

During the pandemic, he led the launch of Denman at Home, the WI's first online learning platform, which became the foundation for the WI Learning Hub. As Director of Learning and Development, Anupreet ensures the organisation stays aligned with educational trends and continuously adapts to meet members' needs. He also oversees the Denman Trust, upholding its charitable mission and ensuring a sustainable future for the Denman legacy.
