NFWI Vice Chair

Tracy Baker was elected to the NFWI Board in June 2021 and as NFWI Vice Chair in 2024. She is also Chair of Education Committee and served as Chair of the Membership Committee in 2023-24. Tracy has been a member of the WI since 2012 and has held many positions at all levels of the organisation since then, including Federation Treasurer. 

Tracy has a special interest in resolutions, finance and training, and has a PGCE in adult education with level 5 qualification in ESOL.

Tracy has also had other roles in the voluntary sector including Chair of the Under Eights Forum for New Forest and Romsey, Chair of Fawley School PTA, and also set up a local toy library and after-school club for primary school children. Tracy has also been an education officer for Hampshire County Council.

Tracy’s hobbies include swimming, quilting, walking, traveling and cooking.
