Chair of the Denman Trust Board

Pam was elected Chair of Training and Development in 2022, the Chair of Education in 2023 and is now Chair of the Denman Trust Board. Pam is also Vice Chair of WI Enterprises Ltd.

Pam has been a WI member since the age of 26, initially as a member of Outwood WI (West Yorkshire). Today, she is a full member of Port St Mary WI and a dual member of Marown WI, Laxey Miner Birds WI and West Kent Zoomers. She was President of Outwood WI and of Marown WI for eight years and is currently Treasurer at Marown WI.

Pam became a trustee of the Isle of Man Federation in 2014 and was elected Chairman from 2015 to 2018. Pam was appointed as a WI Adviser in 2019.

Pam’s professional career was as a Personal Tax Specialist, during which time she was awarded a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. She worked most of her career in the tax department of several large accountancy firms. Pam has been a Churchwarden and Treasurer of her Church. She considers herself to be like a sponge, absorbing new learning all the time. Her interests include photography, crafts, reading, cookery and preserving. She is also a licensed Radio Amateur.
