Federations

The NFWI is divided into a number of regional groups called federations. There are 69 county and island federations in total, spread across England, Wales, JerseyGuernsey, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight. Each federation is made up of the WIs in their area. Federations are organised by island or county boundaries, although some larger counties may be divided into more than one federation. We have 6,500 WIs and 205,000 members in total.

WIs

If you are interested in joining the WI, you can find out more about your area by clicking on the relevant federation. This will give you contact details for the federation and a list of WIs in that area. If you'd like to go along to a WI meeting to find out more, please contact your local federation which will give you further details.

English and island federations
There are 53 federations in England, and 4 island federations. Although we do not have a federation in London, you will find information about WIs in the capital in a section within the English federations.WI members
